At Daily Bloom, we know you are excited to receive your new home and lifestyle finds. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

We offer standard and express shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 or Free on all orders under ₹999.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹999.

  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (Available for select pin codes).

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4-7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners. We appreciate your patience if this happens.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with the latest information.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately at theofficialdailybloom@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Failed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2 times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
