Refund policy

At Daily Bloom, we want you to love everything you bring into your home. We carefully curate our products for quality and everyday joy, but we understand that sometimes an item just isn't the right fit. Our return process is designed to be as stress-free and transparent as possible.

1. Return Timeframe

We offer a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 DAYS from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfectly fine).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personal care items (such as cosmetics, skincare, or bath products).

  • Intimate apparel or sanitary goods.

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We meticulously inspect our products, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us make it right immediately!

  • Please contact us at theofficialdailybloom@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs for the defective item.

5. The Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Timing: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. The eligibility of the refund is at the final discretion of Daily Bloom.

6. Exchange Options

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and your refund is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct exchange for a defective item, please mention this when you contact our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to start a return? Simply follow these steps:

  1. Email our friendly support team at theofficialdailybloom@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our team to approve the request and provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our courier partner (if reverse pickup is arranged) or ship it to the address we provide.
